How do I secure my booking?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Do you offer bridal trials?

Yes, bridal trials are highly recommended and are usually held on weekdays at my home studio (Bedford 6052)

When should I book my bridal trial?

It is recommended to book your bridal trial 1–3 months before your wedding date.

If you are still deciding whether to proceed with the wedding booking, it is recommended to arrange your trial as early as possible. Please note that the wedding date is only secured and held once the deposit has been received.

How long does hair and makeup take?

Bridal hair and makeup usually take around 2–2.5 hours. Guest services generally take around 45–60 minutes per service.

Do you provide hair extensions?

Clients are required to provide their own hair extensions unless arranged beforehand. Extension application fees may apply.

What should I do before my appointment?

·      Please have clean and completely dry hair

·      Moisturize your skin well before the appointment

·      Applying a hydrating face mask the night before or on the day is recommended

·      Avoid wet hair or heavy hair oils before styling

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, however, any changes to service numbers should be advised as early as possible. Reducing services close to the booking date may still incur charges.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the booking date may incur additional charges.

What makeup brands do you use?

Professional long-wear and high-end makeup products are used to ensure your makeup lasts throughout the day and photographs beautifully.

Can you accommodate large bridal parties?

Yes, additional artists can be arranged for larger bookings depending on availability.

Do you offer touch-up services?
