Terms and Conditions

Booking & Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings with up to 2 services.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for bookings with 4 or more services.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.

  • Deposits are non-transferable to another date unless agreed by the artist.

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding day (for groups) or on the booking date.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the booking for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date may require full payment of the booking amount.

  • In the unlikely event the artist cannot attend due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a replacement artist. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded.

Trial Appointments

·      Trial appointments must be paid for on the day of the trial.

·      If the client decides not to proceed after the trial appointment, the trial fee remains non-refundable.

·      Wedding dates are only secured with a non-refundable booking fee/deposit, as the date has been reserved exclusively for the client.

·      If a client chooses to have a trial before confirming the wedding booking, the wedding date will not be guaranteed without a deposit

Changes to Number of Services

  • The number of services confirmed at the time of booking will be reserved exclusively for the client’s event date.

  • Any reduction in service numbers after the booking has been confirmed must be advised in writing.

  • Reducing service numbers within 48 hours of the wedding date may still incur the original quoted amount

  • Additional services may be provided depending on availability and may incur extra charges.

  • If extra artists have been arranged for the booking, their fees may still apply even if service numbers are reduced.

Travel Fees

  • Travel fees apply for mobile bookings outside the artist’s service area.

·       Early start fees may apply for bookings requiring commencement before 6:00am.

 

·       An additional fee of $50 per hour applies, including the artist’s travel time.

Example: If the booking start time is 6:00am and the artist requires 30 minutes travel time to the location, an additional early start fee of $25 will apply.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

  • Clients must inform the artist of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns before the appointment.

  • While all products and tools are sanitized between clients, the artist is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Makeup

  • Clients must arrive with a clean face free from makeup and skincare products unless otherwise advised.

Skin Preparation

  • Clients are encouraged to apply a hydrating face mask and maintain a good skincare routine prior to the appointment for the best makeup results.

  • Well-prepared skin helps makeup apply more smoothly and last longer throughout the event.

Hair

  • Hair must be clean and completely dry before the appointment.

  • Please avoid excessive oils or heavy hair products before styling.

  • Wet hair may result in additional charges or reduced styling time.

  • Clients with naturally curly or very textured hair are required to straighten their hair prior to the appointment if requesting a restyle.

  • If hair preparation is not completed before the artist arrives, an additional fee of $30–$50 may apply depending on the hair length, thickness, and time required.

  • Hair extension application is available for an additional fee of $30–$50 per person, depending on the amount of extensions and styling time required.

  • Clients are required to provide their own hair extensions unless otherwise arranged.

Photography & Social Media

  • Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes.

  • Clients who do not wish to be photographed must advise the artist before the appointment.

Delays & Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may reduce service time to avoid delays to subsequent bookings.

Satisfaction Policy

  • Any concerns regarding hair or makeup must be raised during the appointment so adjustments can be made on the spot.

  • No refunds will be provided after the service has been completed.

Working Environment

  • Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable working area with adequate lighting, table space, power access, and seating.

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

Acceptance of Terms

By paying the booking fee/deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
